Premise Termite Control | Anti Termite Chemical for Construction
Premise Termite Control is a professional grade anti termite chemical from Envu (Bayer CropScience), made for pre and post construction anti termite treatment in homes, offices and construction sites. Built on Imidacloprid 30.5% SC, it is the same termiticide used by professional pest control operators, now available for your own site work and building protection.
Why Premise Termite Control Works Differently
Most termite sprays repel termites instead of killing them, which pushes the colony to search for untreated gaps in the barrier. Premise takes the opposite approach.
- Non repellent formula: Termites cannot detect the treated zone, so they walk straight into it instead of finding gaps in the barrier.
- Domino effect: Exposed termites carry the toxicant back to the nest and transfer it to nest mates, leading to the possibility of full colony elimination.
- BIS recommended: A recognised termite control product, and India’s only termiticide to receive GreenPro certification from the Indian Green Building Council (CII).
- Pre and post construction use: Suitable for soil and foundation treatment before construction, and for wall and perimeter treatment in buildings that are already occupied.
- Long lasting barrier: The formulation is designed for extended protection, so a single treatment keeps working long after application.
Where You Can Use It
Because the same dilution covers both stages of construction, one bottle handles a wide range of jobs. Use it for foundation and soil treatment during construction, backfill treatment around the plinth, and post construction treatment along walls, floor joints, door frames and wooden fixtures. It is suitable for residential as well as commercial structures.
How to Use Premise Termite Control
The dilution stays the same whether you are treating soil or an existing structure.
- Dose rate: Mix 2.1 ml of Premise in 1 litre of water.
- Mixing: Add the measured chemical to water and stir well before application.
- Application: Spray or pour the diluted solution evenly over the area being treated, so the barrier stays continuous without untreated gaps.
- Coverage: Prepare only the quantity you need for the session, then apply it the same day.
Safety Information
Since this is a professional termiticide, handle it the way a pest control operator would.
- Poisonous: Handle with care and keep away from children, food and pets.
- Protective gear: Wear rubber gloves and a face mask while handling the contents.
- Avoid contact: Do not touch or inhale the contents during mixing or spraying.
- If symptoms occur: Call a physician immediately if any symptoms of poisoning appear.
