Askab Termi-Shield Anti Termite Spray for Wood & Furniture
Askab Termi-Shield Anti Termite Spray is a Chlorpyriphos 2% RTU formula for treating and protecting wood against termites and wood borers. RTU means ready to use, so there is no dilution ratio to calculate and no concentrate to handle. Instead, you spray it or brush it straight onto the wood. As a result, it works equally well on furniture, door frames and wardrobes that already show damage, and on fresh plywood or timber you want to protect before termites ever reach them.
Why Choose Termi-Shield
- Ready-To-Use Formula: No mixing, dilution, or messy preparation required. Because the formula arrives pre-diluted, you can treat a surface the moment you spot a problem.
- Powerful Active Content: Chlorpyriphos 2% is a proven active ingredient that acts quickly on termites and wood-boring pests.
- Deep Wood Penetration: The formula soaks into the wood fiber and locks in a protective chemical barrier. Therefore the protection sits inside the timber, rather than on the surface where polish and handling wear it away.
- Treatment and Prevention: Use it on surfaces already showing borer holes or termite tunnels. Alternatively, apply it to new plywood and timber before installation.
- Multi-Surface Application: Suitable for home furniture, wooden doors, window frames, wardrobes, plywood, cabinets, and structural timber.
Where to Use It
Termi-Shield is made for home furniture, wooden doors, window frames, wardrobes, plywood, cabinets, and structural timber showing signs of borer or termite damage. In addition, it works on both indoor and outdoor wooden surfaces, including plywood joints. So if you have been looking for a deemak spray you can apply on furniture and wall joints yourself, this is it.
Specifications
- Brand: Askab Termi-Shield
- Active ingredient: Chlorpyriphos 2% w/w
- Formulation: Ready-To-Use (RTU) liquid
- Volume: 250 ml
- Target pests: Subterranean termites, drywood termites, wood borers, carpenter ants

- Apply evenly: Next, cover the affected area using the spray nozzle or a paint brush.
- Target the entry points: Then work the product into cracks, joints, crevices and small holes, since these are the tunnels termites actually travel through.
- Allow to dry: Finally, let the surface dry completely in a well-ventilated area before handling it or painting over it.
Safety
- Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, open flames and food items.
- Handling: Wear protective gloves and a face mask during application, so you avoid skin contact or inhalation.
