At PestoCart.com, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this Refund & Returns Policy outlines the conditions and process for returns, replacements, and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return under the following conditions:
✔ The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect
✔ The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition
✔ The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items:
❌ Opened, used, or partially utilized products
❌ Products damaged due to improper handling or storage
❌ Items purchased during clearance sales or promotional offers (unless received in a defective or incorrect condition)
2. Return Process
Step 1: Initiate a Return
Email us at returns@pestocart.com with your order number, reason for return, and product images (if applicable).
Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.
Step 2: Return the Product
Carefully pack the product to avoid any damage during transit.
Ship it to the return address provided by our team after approval.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Step 3: Inspection & Approval
Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected within 3–5 business days. Upon approval, we will proceed with a refund or replacement.
3. Refund Process
Refund Method:
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking) within 7–10 business days
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be issued as store credit or via bank transfer, based on customer preference
💡 Note: Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, except in cases where the product received is defective or incorrect.
4. Replacement Policy
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
If the same product is unavailable, you may choose a refund or exchange for another product of equal value.
5. Order Cancellations
📌 Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them by emailing orders@pestocart.com
📌 After Shipment: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. However, you may initiate a return after delivery as per the policy.
