1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return under the following conditions:
✔ The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
✔ The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
✔ The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items:
❌ Opened, used, or partially consumed products.
❌ Products damaged due to mishandling or improper storage.
❌ Items purchased during a clearance sale or promotional offers (unless defective).

2. Return Process

Our team will verify your request and approve the return if eligible.

2️⃣ Return the Product: Pack the product securely to prevent damage during transit.
Ship it to our return address, which will be provided upon approval. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

3️⃣ Inspection & Approval: Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it within 3-5 business days. If approved, we will process your refund or replacement.

3. Refund Process
💰 Refund Method:

Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking) within 7-10 business days. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be issued as store credit or bank transfer upon request.
💡 Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or wrong products.

4. Replacement Policy
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will send a free replacement at no additional cost. If the same product is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or exchange for another product of equal value.

5. Order Cancellations
